By SHEER PERSISTENCE, I have finally found your site, which lets me know the the ".Trashes" spread all over my system are useless, but are they HARMLESS? Whenever I try to delete the folder; ".Trashes", I get a pop-up window informing me that I don't have sufficient privileges to open the folder
... which might be fine, but I'm running an ancient MAC (G3 Blue & White, 450 Mhz, 512 RAM w/ OS X 10.2.8 and ... you Moo.Trshes is an ".exe", which won't run on a MAC ...
Most importantly, I\'m betting I have some spyware going on with all this "Trashes" BS infecting my machine ...
Whadda YOU think?
I really like your site & what you\'re doing ... I spread the word to my WinCrash Buds ...
Thanks for the RSVP (?) ...
Cheers!

Although not all that familiar with Macs, I understand .Trashes are created by the operating system and are completely harmless - although very annoying!
Although I have no plans for a Mac version, you might find this useful:
http://www.apple.com/downloads/macosx/system_disk_utilities/findercleaner.html
No idea if it will work or not! |

| You can install Tiger but you will have to buy it from apple as the OSes bundled with the computers only include drivers for that model which is why your macbook tiger disc wont work. |
